I took Heidi out the other night or a little Mother-Daughter time. Heidi took her camera so we could take pictures, but she realized once we were at the restaurant that she didn't put the battery back in her camera. Oh, well... the memories are in our hearts.
We went to dinner at a really neat Mexican restaurant next to the kid's house. Then we went and had a pedicure... here's a picture of our toes once we got home.
It was a special time of relaxing and talking again. I am so thankful we have these times together. I am a mother of 2, but only one is here with me on earth.

I was SO bummed that I didn't have my battery.... oh, well!
It was a very pampering evening and I thank you, Mom! What a surprise! I really enjoy all the times we get to spend together. Thank you for being MY mother! God's plan is perfect=)
